A site specific sound and video device is set up to listen to the place (the restaurant « Le Transversal », the kitchen, the museum...), and the garden, during the restaurant service (named « Coup de feu » in french / the shot). All sounds are mixed (with a 32 channels mixer) in real time (no tapes used) and diffused on 8 loudspeakers in the auditorium during 180 minutes.

A real surveillance room, the auditorium becomes the epicenter of the device, which can be seen and heard like a live cinema session
